Our holiday home includes Water, Electricity, Linen and Towels, (not beach towels) use of Community Pool in accordance with Bye- laws.
SECURITY DEPOSIT
Your payment must include a security deposit of £100 which will be refunded within 21 days of the end of the holiday, after inspection of the property.
PLEASE NOTE
Flights, Car Hire, Holiday insurance are not included in price.
DEPOSIT:
To make a booking a non refundable deposit of £100 is required with a completed hard copy of booking form. After cheque is cleared booking will be confirmed.
Please check and confirm your booking dates immediately and raise any queries within 10 days
PAYMENT:
Balance of the rental fee is due no later than 6 weeks before commencement of holiday. The cheque should be made payable to Allan Horsfield. The booking will be cancelled if cheque is not received by the 6 weeks.
CANCELLATIONS:
10 weeks prior to holiday-deposit will be refunded. 6 weeks prior to holiday deposit non-refundable.
RENTAL PERIOD:
*The rental period of the property begins on your time of arrival.
*The property can be vacated anytime on the day of departure.
*Subject to you detailing your departure time before your holiday commencement.
SAFETY:
We accept no responsibility whatsoever for injury or damage caused as a result of use of the apartment or community facilities. Guests are requested to supervise their children when in the vicinity of the pools and on the balconies.
PETS AND SMOKING:
These are NOT permitted inside the apartment.
FORCE MAJEURE:
We will not be liable for loss injury or delay occasioned by any of the following: strikes, riots, political unrest, hostilities, war or threat of war, terrorist activity, industrial disputes, fire, flood technical/weather problems with transport, aircraft grounding or delays, closure of airports or ports, weather conditions or any other event beyond the control of ourselves.
KEY COLLECTION/DIRECTIONS:
These will be notified to you one week prior to departure.You will be met at the apartment by our key person, who will show you the apartment and famillarize you with the appliances.
